As an external IT partner we are more cost effective and more customer focused than an internal IT department. Reach IT Management may be a new name but we have been providing IT Management and IT Support to clients for 30 years.
When we started Reach IT Management we wanted to offer our clients a cost effective and simple to understand IT Management and IT Support offering – a small monthly fee per device in return for both IT Management and IT Support. We have tiered pricing so that as you grow you are rewarded with a lower cost per device. Even though you increase the number of devices your monthly invoice might not go up by as much as you might think. To allow us to efficiently manage our clients we have invested in high quality internal IT monitoring and management systems. We have also partnered with some of the biggest vendors in our industry to provide our clients with best of breed systems at affordable monthly prices.
Our business is customer focused and service led. We don’t have a sales team out there trying to get the next customer and selling them the earth. We focus on our existing customers making sure we look after their needs first and foremost. As a progressive company we do make sure we keep up-to-date with the latest moves in our industry. That doesn’t mean we try to sell the latest thing to our clients just for the sake of it. We always assess any solution against our clients’ needs. If the solution does not satisfy a business need or is not suitable we would recommend against it, even if that means turning a project down.
In a complete change of direction he then took on the role of UK IT Manager for an international development charity. Whilst being a UK based role it involved global IT leadership for the offices in 7 countries including Sri Lanka, Peru, Kenya. In his short time here he delivered a project to connect all the offices together. Given the remote location and the [lack of] maturity of the comms available this was a challenge.
His next move was back into IT Management and Support for businesses in the automotive and agricultural sectors again. Paul started up Reach IT Management to focus on helping clients gain access to top quality, professional and customer focused IT Management and Support.
During his career Paul also studied with the Open University Business School and attained a Professional Diploma in Management. This has helped him to not only understand clients IT requirements but also their business requirements.
With Debbie focusing on the behind scenes work it will allow the rest of the team to focus on our clients and ensuring the we can uphold our exceptional standards of support.
Debbie enjoys running to keep fit and has completed a couple of half marathons. She also enjoys her holidays.
IT SUPPORT TEAM LEADER
After many years working in support and managed services, he moved into Voice Recording installations, support, and training. This led to worldwide travel working with government departments, emergency services and large blue-chip clients. In order to spend more time with family Mathew changed role to manage the production department which then migrated into the internal IT Support and Production team.
Looking for a new challenge and to further develop his management experience Mathew then took on the role of Operations Manager for a telecom’s equipment & services supplier, his primary role was to ensure that the IT infrastructure was brought in line with ISO 22301 & 27001.
Mathew is a keen Motorcycle enthusiast, enjoying track days, camping at race meetings. He also enjoys cooking, DIY and family time.

Luke enjoys watching rugby union games where he has been a season ticket holder with Leicester Tigers, but don’t hold that against him, for over 5 years. Outside of the stadium, Luke also enjoys socialising with his friends.
