The Team

Luke Owens


Luke, joined us in 2017, straight from secondary school to undertake an IT Apprenticeship. Luke's interest in IT Support arose after spending time shadowing an engineering company’s IT office on work experience. His apprenticeship gave him a good grounding and lead to a qualification as an IT Infrastructure Technician. His interest in networking has led to Luke undertaking the Level 4 Network Infrastructure apprenticeship. His apprenticeship provided six weeks of intensive training, which Luke puts into practise almost on a daily basis. Luke is a great team player, offering an extensive knowledge base and invaluable experience for both our clients and products. Luke is focused on ensuring the quality of support he gives the customer is to the highest standard. He was promoted to Senior in 2023 in recognition of his hard work and dedication to the business and clients.

Luke enjoys watching rugby union games where he has been a season ticket holder with Leicester Tigers, but don’t hold that against him, for over 5 years. Outside of the stadium, Luke also enjoys socialising with his friends.

Abbey Murby


Abbey joined Reach IT in February 2023 having had a background in administration. She is extremely organised and promises to keep us all on our toes. In her spare time, Abbey is mum to two children and is also involved in the scouts.

Ben O'Dell

IT Support Analyst

Ben O'Dell founded the company with Paul back in 2016. However, during the last 4 years Ben has been away at University Studying Asia Pacific with a Japanese Focus. Having successfully completed this, Ben is now back at Reach whilst he waits for the next part of his journey to begin. Ben is focussed on providing a great client experience whilst resolving their IT issues. He is a great team player and we are loving having him back, even if it be for just a few months.

Ant Allen

Project Lead and IT ServiceDesk Analyst

Ant joined the team in June 2023. He started out on his IT support career in 2008 as a Junior IT Technician at a school he attended just a couple of years before as a student! After 10 years and progressing to Senior IT Technician, Ant joined a large supermarket chain as a Technical Analyst, joining Reach IT 4 years later. Over those 14 years, Ant gained a wealth of skills and experience in a variety of areas of IT and in different sectors that he is able to bring to Reach IT to support clients with their projects and issues. Outside of work, Ant is an avid Leicester City fan, despite their recent relegation! He also enjoys holidays, walks in the countryside with his dog Rosie, photography, cars and good food!
