    You can call us with your support queries and we aim to resolve straight away.
  • Limit per Ticket

    60 Minutes

    All our Service Plans include unlimited tickets per month. However, we restrict the amount of time included per ticket. Excess time is charged at the appropriate hourly rate.
  • Hourly rate for excess time / non-support

    The hourly rate that will be charged for time in excess of the ticket limit or for non-support work. This may be for project work for instance.

    Our full IT Monitoring platform that checks your devices as frequently as every 5 minutes to make sure everything is running smoothly.

    A fully managed and monitored anti virus solution. We ensure your systems are all updated and running to ensure your security.
  • Windows and 3rd Party Patching
    We ensure your systems are updated with the latest Windows Security patches and Updates. We also do the same for 3rd Party applications like Java, Adobe, Firefox, Chrome and many more.
  • Annual review

    Remote

    A review of the performance and direction of your IT Systems each year.

    Remote is a 2 hour web meeting / phone call. A minimum 25 Desktops & Laptops required to qualify for this.

    On-Site - A half day meeting at your premises. A minimum 50 Desktops & Laptops required to qualify for this
  • Monthly Reporting
    If required we can provide you with various reports on a monthly basis to show the health of your network devices.
  • Desktop & Laptop Builds & Reloads

    Chargeable

    When you purchase your PC's and Laptops from us we will prepare them with all your applications and configured for your network ready for your users to get working with the minimum of fuss. If you have a problem we will reload it too.
  • Server Checks
    Each month we will perform various checks and if required maintenance routines. For example check to see if disk space is OK. If running low perform a disk cleanup.
  • Firmware updates
    To ensure your network devices are secure and up-to-date we will periodically check for firmware updates and apply them to your contracted network devices.
  • Managed Backup

    Optional Add On

    Platinum Secure+ Includes Document backup on desktops and laptops.

    This will backup specified file types up to twice per day to secure your data in the cloud. Your backup data will also be encrypted in our secure data centre.
  • Full Disk Encyrption
    Protect your data with our fully managed Full Disk Encryption
  • Removable Media Encryption
    Complete your data protection by ensuring all removable media (USB Sticks, USB Drives, SD Cards, etc) can only be written to if encrypted.

    Or you could just completely block access if you choose.
  • Secure Disposal
    When your device comes to the end of its useful life you can return it to us and we will securely destroy any data and then responsibly dispose of your the device.
